Treanor Pujol offer a full and comprehensive installation service with associated Health and Safety measures for all of our products throughout the UK.
Beam and Block Floor Installation
Beam and Block floors can be installed in most weather conditions, by a variety of methods, (e.g. by hand, using site plant, "Hiab" type lorry or mobile crane) depending upon site conditions. Once the beams have been set out according to the layout drawings, infill blocks are placed in the rows between the beams. The floor should be grouted with 4:1 sand / cement grout brushed into the joints between the beams and blocks to stabilise the floor.
Hollowcore Slab Installation
Installation of Hollowcore floor planks is straightforward. The units are hoisted into position on the supporting structure by crane and the joints grouted up to form a monolithic floor.
Coordination
Contracts Managers are trained as "Appointed Persons", and will visit Client's sites at an early stage to discuss intricate installation problems. As there is active liaison between Estimators, Designers and Contracts Managers, the most economical and structurally efficient solutions can be achieved.
RAMS
For each contract a Contracts Manager (CPCS Appointed Person BS7121), in conjunction with the Client's site staff, will prepare site specific Risk Assessments and Safe Working Method Statements. These documents, together with copies of Treanor Pujol's approved working drawings will be in the possession of the fixing team's foreman at the time of installation.
Installation teams
All members of our site installation teams have the appropriate CSCS and CPCS cards. Treanor Pujol are committed to ensuring that their site operatives are fully trained in all aspects of site installation.
